Potatoes.

Filled Jacket Potato

  • Jacket Potato
  • Pasta King Sauce (suggestions – Chilli Beef, Chicken Tikka Masala or Bolognese. Or from our Street Kitchen range – Shredded Chilli Chicken, Shredded Beef Chilli, Tomato & Beef Ragu, Beef Meatball Marinara, Makhani Chicken, Veg Jalfrezi, Chicken Rogan Josh)
  • Optional – Cheese topping and salad garnish
  1. Prepare and cook your jacket potatoes as you would, as well as the sauce ahead of service.
  2. Then prepare any toppings you may wish to serve alongside.
  3. During service, top each jacket with a ladle of sauce (as and when ordered).
  4. Top with either cheese or serve with a salad garnish.

Loaded Chips

  • Choose your potato style – chunky chips, skin on fries, criss cross fries, wedges.
  • Choose your sauce – Street Kitchen Shredded Chilli Chicken, Italian Chicken, and any of our curries. From our core range choose Firecracker chicken.
  1. Once both the sauce is heated and the carbs are cooked.
  2. Load the sauce over the carbs.
  3. Garnish accordingly to the sauce style you are choosing – guacamole, sour cream, cheese, jalapenos, coriander etc.

Vegetarian Chilli Pie

  • Sauce – Veggie Bolognese
  • Leftover vegetables
  • Chilli powder
  1. Combine the cooked/heated sauce with other leftover vegetables and add chilli powder/sauce to taste.
  2. Place mixture in dishes and top with sliced cooked/tinned/fresh potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and bake
  4. .

Cheesy Chicken & Basil Skins

  • Sauce – Chicken Italiano
  • Potato skins
  • Cheese
  1. Heat sauce as per instructions.
  2. Fill either brought or home cooked potato skins with the sauce.
  3. Top each one with cheese and bake/grill.

Meatballs and Mash

  • Sauce – choose any of our meatball sauces (Italian meatballs, Amigo meatballs, Texan BBQ Meatballs, Street Kitchen Meatball Marinara)
  • Mashed Potato
  1. Simply heat the sauce and cook the mashed potato.
  2. Serve meatballs on top of the mash.

Cottage Pie

  • Mashed potato
  • Pasta King Sauce – Bolognese, Veggie Bolognese, Tomato & Beef Ragu
  1. Heat the sauce as per instructions.
  2. Prepare the mashed potato.
  3. Empty the sauce into an oven proof dish, top with mashed potato, cook until the mash is browned.
  4. Serve with a side of vegetables, and possibly gravy.

Suggestion: if you want to add more vegetables to the sauce, cook ingredients and then add to the sauce once heated before browning off the mash.

Breads & Wraps.

Pasta King Breakfast Topper

  • PK Pocket breads
  • Pasta King sauce
  • Cheese
  • Bacon
  1. Split Pasta King Pockets into slabs and top with your favourite Pasta King sauce.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped bacon and cover with cheese.
  3. Bake until golden brown.

Filled Curry Naan

  • Street Kitchen Curry – Choose from Chicken Jalfrezi, Makhani Chicken or Chicken Rogan Josh
  • Cooked Rice
  • Nann bread
  • Optional Mango chutney
  1. Mix hot Street Kitchen curry (Chicken Jalfrezi) with cooked basmati rice (70% sauce and 30% rice).
  2. Place into a warm teardrop naan and fold.
  3. If you like, spread some tangy mango chutney inside the naan before filling.

Burrito

  • 12″ tortilla wraps
  • Boiled Rice
  • Pasta King sauce
  • Additional filling suggestions – Jalapenos, finely diced tomato and finely diced cucumber, cheese, coriander
  • Foil to wrap
  1. Mix the cooked sauce and rice together.
  2. Place the wrap on some foil.
  3. Put a portion of sauce and rice in the middle of the wrap.
  4. Add jalapenos, finely diced tomato, finely diced cucumber, cheese, and coriander on the top.
  5. Fold both ends of the wrap in, then roll, using the foil to wrap.

Quesadillas

  • 12” tortilla wrap
  • Cheese
  • Pasta King Sauce
  • Jalapenos
  • Finely chopper peppers
  • Tomato salsa to serve
  1. Heat the sauce and then cover the wrap with sauce and cheese.
  2. Add any toppings, such as jalapenos, finely chopped bell peppers.
  3. Top with another 12″ tortilla to make a sandwich.
  4. Cook both sides in pan until golden brown.
  5. Serve with fresh tomato salsa.

Enchiladas

  • 12” tortilla wrap
  • Rice
  • Pasta King Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Jalapenos
  1. Cook the sauce and rice and mix.
  2. Fill each tortilla with the rice and sauce, cheese, and jalapenos, roll and bake in the over
  3. Cover with additional sauce and cheese and grill to melt and brown the cheese.
  4. Serve with salad.

Pitta Pockets

  • Pitta Bread
  • Sauce
  • Salad
  • Tzatziki sauce (Tzatziki Natural Yoghurt, Cucumber, fresh mint)
  1. Heat the sauce.
  2. Warm the pitta and cut open.
  3. Fill with sauce and salad finely chopped tomato, and fresh coriander.
  4. Serve with Tzatziki.

Pizza

  • Any pizza base
  • Pasta King sauce
  • Mozzarella (rounds)
  • Courgette
  • Mushroom
  • Seasoning – Oregano and Parsley
  1. Heat the sauce and prepare the pizza base.
  2. Spead the sauce over the base.
  3. Add the rounds of mozzarella, courgette, and mushroom.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  5. Oven back or grill until cheese has melted and vegetables cooked.
  6. Serve with a side salad.

Greek style flatbread

  • Flatbread
  • Pasta King Sauce
  • Salad
  • Tzatziki sauce (Tzatziki Natural Yoghurt, Cucumber, fresh mint)
  1. Heat the sauce and warm the bread.
  2. Score to fold the bread.
  3. Fill with sauce and salad.
  4. Serve with Tzatziki.

Sliders

  • Fresh meatballs
  • Morning rolls
  • Pasta King Sauce – BBQ Pulled Pork
  • Cheese – any Stilton/goats cheese/Cheddar
  1. Compress and grill the meatballs.
  2. Heath the BBQ pulled pork.
  3. Use fresh meatballs and compress, grill.
  4. Serve in morning rolls with BBQ pulled pork and cheeses.

Burgers

  • Brioche buns
  • Street Kitchen sauce – Makhani Chicken or Shredded Chilli Beef

  1. Heat sauce
  2. Slice and fill each roll

  1. Heat the sauce.
  2. Prepare the bread and fill with sauce.
  3. Add any garnishes.

Soups & One Pot.

Italian Tomato Style Soups

  • Use any one of our tomato base sauces (Basilico works best)
  • Vegetable bouillon
  • Red lentils/beans/pulses
  • Orzo
  • Thicken with Arrowroot
  • Crusty bread to serve or croutons
  1. Heat your sauce and add any vegetable or mixed beans/pulses/lentils.
  2. Option to add cooked orzo or pasta.
  3. Option to add fried onions.
  4. Thicken with Arrowroot.
  5. Serve in bowl with crusty bread/cream/croutons.

Casserole / One Pot

  • Sliced potatoes
  • Pasta King Sauce – Zingy peppers
  • Fresh chopped Parsley to garnish
  1. Heat the sauce.
  2. Add to cooking vessel and then do a sliced potato fan on the top.
  3. Grill/Oven bake until the potatoes are cooked.
  4. Add parsley on the top to garnish.

Pork And Pepper Casserole

  • Pasta King Sauce – Zingy Peppers
  • Pork
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms (Any other mixed vegetables to bulk out of you so wish)
  • Rice or mash to serve with
  1. Fry off the pork with the onions and mushrooms (as well as any other veggies).
  2. Add the Pasta King sauce and simmer until meat is tender.
  3. Serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Curried Vegetable “Hot” Pot

  • Mixed Vegetables of your choice
  • Mushrooms
  • Sliced potatoes
  • Street Kitchen – Veg curries
  • Tomato & Onion salad
  1. Mix the sauce with vegetables and mushrooms.
  2. Top with sliced potatoes before baking.
  3. Serve with a tomato and onion salad.

One Pot Bean & Chicken Casserole

  • Pasta king sauce – Chicken Italiano
  • Use stew pack or mixed vegetables
  • Cannelloni beans
  • Tinned potatoes
  • Cheese dumplings (optional)
  1. Cook the sauce and boil the vegetables, add together.
  2. Add the beans and potatoes and heat/stir through.
  3. Top with cheese dumplings (optional).

Spicy Noodle Soup

  • Pasta King sauce – Arrabiata
  • Vegetable stock
  • Cooked Noodles
  • Garnish – coriander or chillies
  1. Put equal quantities of Pasta King Arrabiata Sauce and vegetable stock in a large pot and gradually bring to the boil.
  2. Then add cooked noodles to the soup.
  3. Serve with chopped coriander or chillies and crusty bread!

Pastry.

Pies

  • Street Kitchen Sauce – Veg Rogan Josh
  • Short crust pastry
  • Arrowroot (thickener)
  • Mash potato
  • Roasted Heritage carrots
  1. Heat the sauce and thicken with arrowroot.
  2. Blind bake pastry in muffin tins.
  3. Fill each one with curry sauce.
  4. Add pasty top.
  5. Bake until pastry golden brown.
  6. Serve as a snack or with mash and roasted heritage carrots.

Arancini

  • Arancini balls
  • Pasta King Sauce – Classic Pomodoro
  1. Deep fry the arancini balls.
  2. Heat the sauce.
  3. Simply serve the sauce in a mini bowl or pour over the top of the balls!

Vegetarian “Meat” Pasties

  • Pasta King sauce – Veggie Bolognese
  • Cooked Mixed Vegetables
  • Pastry of your choice
  1. Heat the sauce and mix with cooked mixed vegetables to form the filling for the pasty.
  2. Roll out the pastry of your choice into a circle and spoon on some of the filling.
  3. Fold over and seal or crimp.
  4. Brush with egg wash and bake.

Pasta & Noodles.

Spaghetti Meatballs

  • Pasta King sauce – any of our meatball ones
  • Spaghetti
  • Options to garnish – parmesan cheese, mixed salad, garlic bread
  1. Heat the sauce accordingly and boil the spaghetti.
  2. Add spaghetti to a bowl or pot and add the sauce on top.
  3. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve with garlic bread and a fresh mixed salad garnished with salad dressing.

Pasta Bake

  • Pasta
  • Pasta King Cheese sauce
  • Cauliflower and broccoli
  • Salad to serve
  1. Cook the pasta and cheese sauce.
  2. Boil the cauliflower and broccoli.
  3. Mix all together, add into baking dish.
  4. Top with grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
  5. Serve with a side salad.

Stir Fry Chicken With Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • Pasta King sauce – Sweet Chilli Chicken
  • Noodles
  • Sliced pepper and Chinese style vegetables (Pak choi, mange tout and sugar snap peas etc)
  1. Heat a pouch of Pasta King Sweet Chilli Chicken sauce.
  2. Add hot cooked noodles and toss together.
  3. To make this dish extra special mix together sliced pepper, Pak choi, mange tout and sugar snap peas to give it that authentic oriental look.
  4. Option to serve with prawn crackers.

Spicy Chicken And Potato / Pasta Bake

  • Pasta King Sauce – Arrabiata (with cooked chicken) or BBQ Chicken Torino
  • Pasta or Potatoes
  • Peppers and vegetables
  • Cheese
  1. Mix ARRABIATA with cooked chicken (or BBQ CHICKEN TORINO) with either pasta/potatoes,
  2. Add in extra peppers/vegetables to bulk this out and stir in.
  3. Place in an oven proof dish, top with cheese and bake until golden and cooked through.

Lasagne

  • Pasta king Sauce – Choose form cheeseburger, Bolognese, veggie Bolognese and even use our cheese sauce
  • Lasagne sheets
  • Option – side salad and garlic bread
  1. In a large rectangular dish layer up the lasagne, starting with a third of each, The sauce, then a layer of pasta sheets, then the cheese or white sauce. Repeat two/ three times
  2. .

  3. Top with cheese and bake in the oven until piping hot and crips and bubbling on top.
  4. Allow to cool before serving, serve with side salad and garlic bread.

Suggestion: For a twist on the lasagne – use our firecracker chicken sauce with broccoli and layer up accordingly!

Other.

Mini Yorkshire Puddings

  • Pasta King sauce – cheeseburger or Bolognese
  • Yorkshire pudding batter mix
  1. Heat the sauce.
  2. Make Yorkshire batter and cook in muffin tin, cook until golden.
  3. Fill each one with sauce.
  4. Serve as a snack.

Tacos / Nachos

  • Taco/Nachos
  • Sauce – Street Kitchen Shredded Beef Chilli or Pasta King Chilli Beef
  • Toppings – Cheese, Jalapenos, Gucamole, salsa, sour cream
  1. Heat the sauce accordingly.
  2. Fill or load the nachos or tacos with sauce.
  3. Top with your choice of toppings.

Crispy Cauliflower Cheese Bake

  • Pasta King Cheese sauce
  • Grated cheese
  • Cauliflower
  1. Arrange cooked cauliflower in individual dishes or multi portion trays.
  2. Top with CHEESE sauce and grated cheese and bake.
  3. Sprinkle with crushed cheese and onion crisps just before serving.

Stuffed Peppers

  • Peppers
  • Pasta King sauce – Pomodoro or Arrabiata
  • Cooked rice
  1. Heath sauce through.
  2. Cut the tops off peppers.
  3. Mix POMODORO or ARRABIATA with rice.
  4. Fill the peppers, replace the pepper top to make a lid and bake in the oven until soft.
